Thank you for sharing your summer sounds poem! You have shown some very clever rhyming and word play here! I especially enjoyed the simile “like cheeky moles with cheeky souls,” because both moles and builders tend to be avid diggers. Ka pai!
Looking back at the activity, it asks you to record audio of the sounds you hear and share the audio file to your blog. Did you manage to record any audio of the sounds around you? It would be great if you could add it to your post. It’s perfectly okay if everything in the poem doesn’t feature in the audio, it would just be awesome to hear your inspiration!
