Yep, did the full splits! (didn't hurt though, just felt a stretch😁

Yesterday I did the full splits, but only on a bed.

If I do it on ground or on a hard thing, it hurts (not my legs, my knee cause it gets scraped by that). But on ground I'm VERY close.

If your far away from getting the splits or u lost them try to go on videos on youtube for splits and if there to hard don't give up try your best and if u feel a stretch in your legs or feet during you streching it's a very good sign because it means your legs/feet are getting more flexible and your going to get the splits in no time.

Me trying to do splits. 🤸‍♀️

Yesterday I tried doing splits and after stretching I was like 4 or 3 INCHES AWAY!!!!

But if I do it on a bed I am 1 or 2 cm away :)

I could never do it but after doing pinterest hacks on youtube I almost did it.

I will tell yous when I get it :)

Tips:

The most important stretches (for me) is the runners lunge and hamstring stretch, so you can do those.

The video I did that really helped me was called pinterest hacks to splits so just search pinterest hacks splits on youtube and click on the one that says pinterest hacks TC2. (The one that the title says how many hacks to get splits/go deeper.

A few weeks ago two people from science in a van came to our school and talked about science. I learnt about the prehictoric elements, the states of matter, and more.

We did lots of experiments, like making a L&P can explode, and making a balloon become bigger and bigger.

I made volcano lava (i call it that because I didn't make a volcano cone to go with it). To make the redish bloody color I put red food colouring (and a bit of orange to but it doesn't show).  I hope you enjoy it and be safe and be kind (＾ｖ＾)
